2. Subscription & Billing

• All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
• Yearly subscriptions automatically renew each year until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

3. Education Plan

Education Plan eligibility and terms:

• Eligibility: Must register with a valid university email address (.edu, .ac.ae, .edu.ae, or other recognized academic domains)
• Verification: Email verification is required to activate Education Plan benefits
• Usage: Education Plan is for academic and learning purposes only, not commercial use
• Features: Includes unlimited searches, AI Assistant access (100 queries/day), and PDF downloads
• Watermark: PDF exports include "Educational Use Only" watermark
• Duration: Access continues as long as your university email remains valid and verified
• Restrictions: May not be used for commercial projects, consulting work, or resale
• Termination: We reserve the right to revoke Education Plan access if terms are violated

Supported institutions include universities in UAE (AUS, AUD, UAEU, Khalifa University, etc.) and international academic institutions.

APEX Regulation Guide uses artificial intelligence technologies from OpenAI and Google to provide search and analysis features:

• Semantic Search: Powered by OpenAI embeddings for accurate regulation matching
• AI Assistant: Uses OpenAI GPT-4 and Google Gemini for regulatory interpretation
• Data Processing: Your queries are processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google)
• No Training: Your queries are not used to train AI models per provider policies
